Turn passivity fitness into initiative 通过有意识的设计引导用户无意识地养成良性生活习惯

疫情之下,许多线下健身房无法正常营业,甚至关门。但随着疫情的好转,恢复营业的传统健身房疲态却越发明显,用户也逐渐开始居家健身。但居家健身配合现有线上健身app也存在陪伴性弱、难以调动用户内在自律、被动健身等问题。因此我提出主动健身概念,希望通过有意识的设计来引导用户无意识地养成良好健身习惯。
During the “Day to day FIT” project, I discovered that many offline gyms were unable to operate regularly or even closed during the epidemic. However, as the epidemic suppressed successfully, the traditional gyms that resumed operations became more and more languished, and users gradually started to work out at home. However, home fitness, although with the help of existing online fitness apps, has problems such as weak companionship, difficulty in mobilizing users' internal self-discipline and passive fitness. Therefore, I proposed the concept of active fitness, which guides users to unconsciously develop good fitness habits through conscious design.
参考现在市场上有健身镜的交互形式,我设想在此形式上做改进,让它成为为能真正帮助用户养成健身习惯的镜子。所以我想设计一种交互方法,让用户快乐健身的同时了解到健身的真正意义,那就是养成健康的生活状态,从而让他们主动想去健身。破碎的镜子,尤其是丢失了一部分的镜子总会让人不舒服,人们都希望通过镜子完整的看到自己,来达到镜子完整的功能体验。于是我分割了镜子,并通过动态捕捉手法来让特定区域的镜子变得不清晰,每次完成健身任务后都会点亮一块镜子,将镜子补充完整。
Referring to the interactive form of fitness mirrors currently on the market, I envisage improving on this form and making it a mirror that can really help users develop fitness habits. So I want to design an interactive method, so that users can understand the true meaning of fitness while exercising happily, that is, to develop a healthy life state, so that they can actively want to go to fitness. A broken mirror, especially a mirror that has lost part of it, will always make people uncomfortable. People hope to see themselves completely through the mirror to achieve the complete functional experience of the mirror. So I divided the mirror and used dynamic capture to make the mirror in a specific area unclear. Every time user completed a fitness task, it would light up a piece mirror until complete the whole mirror.
行为心理学研究表明:21天以上的重复会形成习惯;90天的重复会形成稳定的习惯。习惯的形成大致分三个阶段:
阶段 ➊ :1~7天左右,此时用户需要被十分刻意提醒去让自己作出改变,当然这也会觉得有些不自然,不舒服,在前七天我设计成Persistence period,在这期间将优先点亮锻炼部位的镜子,让用户注意到自己形体的变化。
阶段 ➋ :7~21天左右。此时用户已经觉得比较自然,比较舒服了,但是一不留意,你还会回复到从前。因此,还需要刻意提醒自己改变。因此我设计成为Challenge period,将优先点亮锻炼部位周围的部分,
阶段 ➌ :21天之后。此阶段的特征是“不经意,自然”,这一阶段被称为“习惯性的稳定期”。一旦跨入此阶段,一个人已经完成了自我改造,这项习惯就已经成为生命中的一个部分,因此我设计成Retention period,在这期间将逐渐点亮剩余的镜子直至完整。
我注意到健身APP总是以吵闹烦人的定时铃声来催促用户健身,这很引起用户的反感。因此我设计了一套无声提醒Silent Reminder,在实验中我发现当两面镜子垂直时,无论用户从什么角度经过,都会与镜子产生互动,达到无声提醒的效果。
I noticed that the fitness app always urges users to exercise with loud and annoying timing ringtones, which arouses users' disgust. Therefore, I designed a set of silent reminders. In a small experiment, I found that when the two mirrors are vertical, no matter what angle the user passes by, they will interact with the mirrors to achieve the effect of silent reminders.
