GO is an electric scooter solution that provides zone-free travel using a personal leasing model, enabling accessibility for users to commute to nearby or remote locations without the burden of being restricted to an area or zone. With the flexibility of travel, GO delivers innovative safety features, enhancing usability and reliability when travelling the last mile.In parallel the app gives cashback incentives and real time notifications of deals which riders can chose to purchase en route, helping to build a network with shops and retailers as well as encouraging users to ride emission-free.

GO uses camera-sensing and wireless communication technology to give users the ability to use their smart phone as a rear mirror, making blind spots visible. This is triggered via face recognition. When the user looks down at their phone, the back camera is activated and an on-screen prompt appears. This technology can work together with the handlebar, which vibrates to alert the user of any hazards coming from behind. Both safety features can be toggled on and off at any given time using the app.The front lever allows users to trigger the indicators using their thumb. This activates the rear lights situated at the back of the electric scooter. As soon as the user makes a turn, the indicators turn off automatically.

Using a magnetic solution, GO enables the user to connect their smart phone to the angled frame for the purpose of navigation. Users can also enjoy the capability of pairing their wireless headphones to the electric scooter without having to remove their hands from the handlebar.Locking and unlocking a scooter has never been so straightforward. Simply mount a smart phone onto the scooter or enter the unlock PIN to start riding. Once users have reached their desired destination, they can remove their smart phone from the holder and the wheel will lock automatically.

Instead of bringing the whole scooter into the home, the design integrates a portable battery that allows users to easily remove and charge, providing a full day’s worth of power.

Currently, no operators have a night mode feature on their app. GO adopts the smart phone light sensor and adapts the user interface to the brightness of the rider’s environment, thus reducing visual strain and improving the overall navigation experience.

By operating a personal leasing model, users have the flexibility to select their desired subscription and collection method, either via home delivery or from a nearby pick-up location. GO supplies a branded magnet which must be attached to the inside of the rider’s phone case. They can then commence zone-free travel, riding smoothly from door to door.

Existing operators lack visual appeal as most electric scooters today are built with off-the-shelf components. GO resolves this by considering a fully integrated and ergonomic design.
