The development of berbel Downline Infinity is ba-sed on an intensive examination of the needs and ideas of kitchen experts and cooking professionals. This led to the premise of developing an innovative product to offer more freedom in cooking. The simple design of the hob already lives up to this claim. Generous dimensions of 90 cm in width and 55 cm in depth enable particularly effective cooking processes. With innovative induction technology, the cooking zones themselves have also been enlarged. Another special feature is the hybrid and intuitive control system, which is tailored to different user preferences. In addition to the use of a digital control, the product can also be equipped with robust and heavy-duty rotary knobs. These offer a mechanical latching mechanism that underlines the high-quality handling and multifaceted haptics. The elegantly white illuminated control panel sets visual accents. To ensure that the cooking experience always remains in focus, various automatic modes are available in addition to manual control. A special printing on the induction hob also allows the cookware to glide with little abrasion and thus almost silently. To prevent odours due to cooking in today’s increasingly open living environments, the berbel Downline Infinity offers effective odour neutralisation and grease separation ba-sed on the patented berbel Principle.
