我们在装订过程中,不论是侧边装订,还是中缝装订,经常会出现钉不齐的情况。针对这一情况有很多人也提出了很多设计方案,我也尝试提出我的解决思路。

“激光订书机”主要是一个概念性设计,在左右各有一个激光发射装置,在订书机的左侧有按钮可以控制它。
"Laser stapler" is mainly a conceptual design, with a laser transmitter on the left and right, and bu-ttons on the left side of the stapler to control it.
激光发射装置所所发射光线的与订书机出钉口在同一个平面上,能够较好的让钉子在一条直线上。
The light emitted by the laser emitting device is on the same plane as the nail outlet of the stapler, which can better keep the nails in a straight line.
在后面的显示屏上能显示目前剩余的钉子数量。
The number of nails currently remaining can be shown on the rear display.
上下分离参考了其他设计者对于订书机设计的概念,不同的是我去除了方向,把两端设计成向内收和向外收,两个不同方向的钉子收口。
The upper and lower separation refers to the concept of other designers for the design of the stapler. The difference is that I removed the direction and designed the two ends to be retracted inward and outward, and the nails in two different directions were closed.
在需要在较深的地方使用时,就可以将上下分离,再通过磁吸找到位置,面对较厚的书本时,也可以参考屏幕上的定位辅助。
When you need to use it in a deeper place, you can separate the upper and lower parts, and then find the position through magnetic attraction. When facing thick books, you can also refer to the positioning assistance on the screen.
确定好位置后,就可以进行操作啦。

轻轻的按压订书机,尾部翘起后,可以用于翘起钉子。
