Fully Automatic Cupping System is a type of pre-treatment equipment that is commonly used in molecular testing. Its modular design makes it suitable for a wide range of environments, including COVID-19 nucleic acid testing laboratories, CDC laboratories, hospital testing laboratories, and other molecular diagnostic experiments. The entire testing process is fully automated, efficient, and reliable, with a high testing throughput capacity of 12,000 times per day.
With this system, a single person can easily manage 6 units of equipment. This is beneficial in terms of reducing labour requirements and costs during natural disasters or large-scale epidemics. To reduce resource waste, the system is embedded in the biological safety cabinet and eliminates the need to build a new laboratory. Its excellent ergonomics, low manufacturing costs, and rational space placement have all been validated by industrial design interventions, allowing the equipment to better serve the entire testing process.
