The Class 55 is a superyacht filled with purpose. As we are all looking more intimately towards our precious oceans, Iddes Yachts created the Class 55 superyacht series as an ex-pression to this new calling of an unlimited world of possibilities with no operational restrictions. With this superyacht, one will be able to do anything, anywhere – embark on the most extreme expeditions, live onboard comfortably, unplug from the hectic but easily connect when necessary.

The union of graceful design with a complete construction and operational understanding that, does not compromise its timeless modern design, is what defines the Class 55 adventure-proof yacht series. It is a design spiral exercise of constant improvement to transport oneself to unexplored lands carrying the needs to meet adventure. Minimising the construction time and finding the most optimal form was a focus during the design making process to achieve the ultimate new transporter which is designed and build to endure. Its overall length of 55 metres was chosen to generously incorporate all necessary requirements to move one to the next great challenge whilst still allowing the yacht to navigate the most spectacular hidden locations and marinas with ease. The large heli- deck can be used to carry tenders, equipment and amphibious vehicles, thus enabling access to the most remote areas.

With a long-range and increased autonomy capabilities, the Class 55’s seaworthiness allows one the ability to travel to far flung-corners of the earth in challenging conditions. The Class 55 is the ultimate ex-pression of a purpose-filled design superyacht which improves the essentials and leaves out all the others.
