在2022年1月,平几设计团队接手了一项具有重大社会意义的项目,目标为封闭和半封闭园区设计和研发无人驾驶清扫车,以便能够替代环卫工人从事危险和重复的路面清扫工作。
随着无人驾驶技术的持续发展和提升,利用这种前沿技术解决环卫清扫问题已成为大势所趋。通过引入新颖的科技技术,可以完全脱离人工操作,实现安全、高效、经济和智能的清洁方式。这种方式不仅可以推动环卫工作的无人化,减少人工运营成本,还可以解决人工清扫效率问题。
为了实现这一目标,利用自主研发的大规模训练平台,针对长尾问题和感知难例进行了专项训练。这使得他们能够实现感知模型数据的自动化标注和快速更新换代,进而实现场景泛化,更好地满足市场的复杂需求。
此外,这款清扫车还支持远程控制,使得用户可以实时管理清扫任务。其操作界面设计简洁直观,方便用户进行操作。
更为值得一提的是,这款无人驾驶清扫车具备垃圾清扫运输、垃圾倾倒、充电与能源补给自动化的功能。在整个过程中,无需任何人工干预,为用户提供了极大的便利。
平几设计团队为这款清扫车搭载了专业的清扫底盘,并配备了360°多传感器和双控制器。这使得车辆能够实现数据安全备份,并具备智能识别路沿的能力,从而能够进行极致贴边清扫。同时,车辆还可以自动加水、充电和倒垃圾,无需人工干预,大大降低了人力成本。

In January 2022, the Pingji design team took over a project of great social significance, aiming to design and develop driverless sweepers for closed and semi-closed parks so that they can replace sanitation workers in dangerous and repetitive road cleaning work .
With the continuous development and improvement of driverless technology, it has become a general trend to use this cutting-edge technology to solve environmental sanitation and cleaning problems. By introducing novel technology, it can be completely separated from manual operation and achieve a safe, efficient, economical and intelligent cleaning method. This method can not only promote unmanned sanitation work and reduce manual operation costs, but also solve the problem of manual cleaning efficiency.
In order to achieve this goal, a self-developed large-scale training platform was used to conduct special training on long-tail problems and perceptually difficult cases. This enables them to realize automatic annotation and rapid updating of perception model data, thereby achieving scene generalization and better meeting the complex needs of the market.
In addition, this sweeper also supports remote control, allowing users to manage cleaning tasks in real time. Its operation interface design is simple and intuitive, making it convenient for users to operate.
What’s more worth mentioning is that this driverless sweeper has automated functions of garbage cleaning and transportation, garbage dumping, charging and energy supply. During the entire process, no manual intervention is required, providing users with great convenience.
The Pingji design team equipped this sweeper with a professional cleaning chassis, equipped with 360° multi-sensors and dual controllers. This enables the vehicle to achieve secure data backup and the ability to intelligently identify curbs, allowing for the ultimate edge-to-edge cleaning. At the same time, the vehicle can also automatically add water, charge and take out garbage without manual intervention, greatly reducing labor costs.
