中国自2020年5月后疫情防控进入稳定阶段，整体趋势呈疫情时起时伏，随时可能小规模爆发，从外国外地回流及季节性发作而且迁延较长时间，对各方面都产生深远影响，本研究以在这样的“后疫情时代”下的社区核酸检测产品及服务体系为切入点，通过定性结合定量的研究方法，采用ISSUE MAP、用户访谈、数据爬虫、情感数据分析等研究工具，对于现有的社区集体性核酸检测流程、基础用户群体、利益相关者等等进行分析整合，在对现有服务体系和产品有了相当了解后对该服务体系的突出问题作进一步优化，重点解决流程可视化问题、特殊人群服务问题、线上产品优化问题。构建新的利益相关系统、用户旅程、原型，并进行原型测试取其反馈，以期对于未来应对大规模公共卫生问题能给予具有参考价值的解决方案。

This study takes the community nucleic acid detection products and service system in this "post epidemic era" as the starting point, Through qualitative and quantitative research methods, use issue map, user interview, data crawler, emotional data analysis and other research tools to analyze and integrate the existing community collective nucleic acid detection process, basic user groups and stakeholders, and further optimize the outstanding problems of the service system after having a good understanding of the existing service system and products, Focus on solving the problems of process visualization, special population service and online product optimization. Build a new stakeholder system, user journey, prototype, and test the prototype to get its feedback, in order to provide a reference solution for dealing with large-scale public health problems in the future.

中国应对疫情具有鲜明的特色防疫措施，如：分级集中管理：按不同的风险级别采取不同的防疫措施；细化到个人：单位细化到个人，确保常住人口登记落实到个人；网格化社区防疫模式：实现资源网格化、管理网格化、服务网格化、责任网格化；全程佩戴口罩：外出全程佩戴外科口罩，保护自己和他人生命健康安全等等，而这些措施的基础是中国特有的聚居形式，以下为中国与美国聚居分布的对比分析图，足以可见，中国采用的网格化管理模式是具有独创性因地制宜的产物。

由于研究主体相对较为明确，因此在本次研究过程中，采用定性定量研究结合的研究路径，通过质性研究工具如：ISSUE MAP、半结构式用户访谈、问卷调研、情景地图；以及定量研究工具如：数据爬虫、情感数据分析等研究工具与方法，对于现有的社区集体性核酸检测流程、基础用户群体、利益相关者等等进行分析整合。
