NFTs have enormous potential as a new type of digital asset that can be owned. However, there have been no differentiated experiences offered in the market to fully realize their potential. To address this, Samsung envisioned a virtual wallet holding NFTs connected to Samsung apps. NFT users can create fun contents and track the values of their NFTs in the exclusive gallery tab. NFT holders’ message app is upgraded to the exclusive concierge mode with real-time benefits. Contacts with NFT profiles go into NFT mode, allowing users to communicate more closely with other NFT holders in their contacts.
