儿童的成长越来越受到家长与社会的重视，教育、成长环境、食物营养、身心发展等都成为儿童成长中重要环节。童车作为儿童身心成长中重要伙伴，在当今的儿童成长中已不可或缺。1岁左右婴儿开始学步，此阶段将使用到学步车，紧接着会使用到滑步车、手推车、搬运车，3岁之后会逐渐使用到骑行车。童车的使用能增强儿童的肌肉强度、锻炼儿童的平衡能力、开拓智力发育等。
为解决儿童成长迅速与其不同年龄段对童车类型要求差异的矛盾，提高童车的使用率，延长童车的使用周期。项目设计针对幼儿1-4岁之间五种不同年龄段的学步车、搬运车、手推车、滑板车、骑行车进行原型确定及原型的模块划分与整合，以实木为基材，设计零部件单元与合理接合结构，使得一套零部件最终可按需组装成任一种类型童车。从而获得一种成长型模块化实木童车，同时能显著提高生产效率、节约家庭购买费用、减少对环境资源的消耗与增加人与产品互动。
With the increasingly attention paid to the growth of children from the parents and society, education, growth environment, food nutrition, and physical and mental development have all become important li-nks in children's growth.As an important partner in kids' physical and mental growth, strollers are indispensable nowadays for their growth. Toddlers around the age of 1 start to walk and they will use walkers, followed by carrier, push bike and scooter. Later, kids will gradually use cycling after 3 years old. Using them can enhance kids' muscle strength, exercise kids' balance and develop intellectual development.
It is obvious that the rapid growth of kids and different requirements for strollers from the kids of various age result in a contradiction. In this project, in order to increase the utilization of the buggies and extend their life-cycle, a buggy, made of solid wood and assembled according to the demand, are designed. The product targets the kids aged in 1-4 years and it can be assembled into baby walker, carrier, push bike, scooter and bicycle. The main advantages of the growth wooden buggy designed in this project are generally grouped as follows: significantly improving the production efficiency; saving family purchase costs; reducing consumption of environmental resources; increasing human-product interaction.
