It has all the functions required of a traditional task chair but is exceptionally lightweight – as a focused contribution to sustainability, it reduces materials used in production and energy consumption during transportation. Cynara is thus emblematic of the contemporary dynamic office culture with fixed workplaces being replaced by flexible structures and home offices gaining prominence while blurring the boundaries between working and living areas.
