Comfort functions such as night light and catalyst cleaning are automated as are the washing and drying technologies, which are available in different modes and make toilet paper superfluous. Different disinfection functions and antibacterial, dirt-repellent surfaces enhance cleanliness. “The clean, crisp look with selectable metal accents blends into sophisticated bathroom interiors. The functionality of the smart WC is discreet without being visually overloaded,” the jury found.
