Building

The SRF Campus Zurich combines television studios, a newsroom, editorial offices, a restaurant and bar with a public park and an underground parking structure. The new News & Sports buildings offer interior and exterior landscapes as a workplace for news production and media broadcasting. The design concept generates a 'workshop' surrounding without additional cladding, in which the shell surfaces and the technical installations serve as the actual final result. The unfinished, raw character of the building challenges the idea of perfection in todays media world.
