This electric milk frother offers various options for preparing milk – from frothing cold or warm milk to heating milk and preparing hot chocolate. The heating phase stops automatically once the temperature has reached 70 degrees Celsius. Operation is by a single bu-tton. When this lights up red, the milk is heated and if required frothed; a white light is for hot chocolate and blue is for cold frothing. Milk jug, whisk and lid are dishwasher-safe.

With this electrical milk frother of the Bistro collection, milk can be heated and / or frothed. With the frothing function it produces finely structured, firm milk foam for various coffee specialities. It is also possible to simply heat up to 300 ml of milk. Once the milk has reached a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius the device stops automatically. If the milk jug is not taken from the ba-se or the off switch operated, and the temperature falls below 50 degrees Celsius, the milk frother restarts the heating process.

The hand-operated coffee grinder Bamboo Dragonfly combines a contemporary shape with traditional elements on the inside. The performance of the grinder is inspired by the Chinese toy of the same name, a rotating blade which flies high when previously spun. Inside the grinder these “dragonfly wings” grind the beans, a process which the user can watch from the outside. The grinder body consists of aluminium alloy, while the head of the turning grip is made of red wood.

Due to the choice of material and shape, this coffee grinder is truly a pleasure to hold. A beautiful detail is the visible grinding process involving the rotating “dragonfly wings”.
