EAZZY2’s design strengthens and improves on the functions of traditional bike carrier racks, which often face many stability and convenience issues. ba-sed on user-oriented and ergonomic design considerations, EAZZY2 uses a patented ‘rapid snap two-ball system’ to allow bicycles to be safely and conveniently mounted onto cars and transported.In order to enhance the convenience and stability of the rack installation, EAZZY2 offers the following design features: welded robotic arms that increases rigidity while decreasing vibration and noise during transportation; a leaning design that allows the car boot to be opened without dismounting the rack; an embedded handle design for easy rack installation; and an added U-shape guide rail to make loading up and dismounting bicycles an easier process.

Lastly, EAZZY2 can accommodate two bicycles without compromising the safety and convenience. The rack is also equipped with wheels for easy storage. In terms of production, the overall process takes environmental and sustainability goals seriously to comply with EU quality certification standards. The cutting of the iron pipes is performed off-site and a powder-coating method is employed to ensure that no hazardous dust is generated during manufacturing. The coating layer is then solidified in a high-temperature oven with low-power consumption that does not produce any pollution.
