Volt UP is an electric vehicle(EV) charging service app for users who routinely use EV charging stations. It has the following UX strategies to solve problems while charging EV. First, this is a reliable UX that shows real-time information of charging stations. The bottom sheets show whether charging is possible or not. Second, this UX connects online and offline experiences. The app uses the same color as the lighting of the actual charger to indicate the EV’s charging status. Third, this UX encourages a good EV charging culture. The function of requesting the vehicle to leave after charging can prevent conflicts between charger users.
