Ambu aScope Duodeno is an innovative duodenoscopy solution for gastroenterology, which has been developed for single use. The idea is to avoid future infections and deaths caused by contaminated endoscopes. The instrument consists of a single-use duodenoscope and a reusable processor unit for medical imaging, the Ambu aBox Duodeno. The single-use products are sterile, can be quickly connected to the processor and provide the same functionality as multiple-use endoscopes.
