Among the many construction methods humans use, baking clay to make bricks and stacking are the oldest and most efficient. The client, a leader in the catering industry, continues to do business using the most traditional recipes. The designers decided to proceed in a "classic" way; this focus is reflected in the project's conventional elements. Making bricks by baking clay is similar to making food, so brick was chosen as the primary building material. The building is stacked with green breathing spaces in between, and the color expresses the brand's identity. The designers were able to achieve efficient and high-quality results.
