HEX is designed specifically to allow brands and multiple product categories such as deodorants, sunscreen and laundry soap to dispense solid format refill bars. More convenient for users, simplified for manufactures, and better for the environment, it can also be tailored to a range of solid format applications.
HEX refills are 100% consumable and contain no plastic, resulting in zero waste after use. More space efficient than its liquid and aerosol counter parts, the hexagonal refill and packaging design eliminates all air gaps between product and packaging, enabling an extremely high packaging density for shipping.
The combination of innovations, such as the refill being ba-se loaded and forming an integral part of the simplified two-part drive mechanism, unlocks a simple device design that provides a continuous conveyor of product. Because HEX has fewer parts than existing aerosol, liquid and stick solutions, it can be manufactured using mono and high-recycled-content materials. All in all, HEX is a better system for everyone.
