While riding, it self-generates and reserves electricity using headwind. Then, while stopped to wait for a signal, it sucks and conveys heat up to the driver.

Assuming driving at 60km/h, 17m/s of strong headwind turns the motor more quickly than rated rotation speed to create and save battery power.
