产品光电两用，全流道平板集热器和水箱采用分体组成，平板集热器阳台壁挂，室外集热，与建筑完美融合。为保障整板的性能和质量，板芯采用SUS444不锈钢材质，通过液压形成密集流道和等离子密集脉冲焊接形成波纹管板式板芯，使热传导更快更直接。同时，为提高集热器热转换效率，整板采用热虹吸设计和金属-电介质混合体构造涂层技术，太阳能吸收率高于94%。通过200℃，3000小时老化，衰减率低于3%，经模拟耦合计算，全流道平板集热器使用寿命可超25年。
This is a wall-mounted solar water heater for the balcony powered by solar energy and electricity. The full-channel flat plate solar thermal collector and the water tank adopt a separated design. The flat plate collector can be wall-mounted on the balcony to collect heat. To ensure its performance and quality, the core of the collector is made of SUS444 stainless steel. It uses hydraulic pressure to form a dense flow channel. It adopts dense plasma pulse welding technology to create a corrugated tube core of the collector, making the heat conduction faster. Besides, it adopts thermosyphon design and uses special coating technology of me-tal-dielectric mix structure to improve thermal conversion efficiency. It has passed the ageing test of 3000 hours at a temperature of 200℃, and its attenuation rate is less than 3%.
