在个性化定制时代，全新的设计需要打破“功能性”外观的局限。设计团队与江西省龙南力特康工业有限公司合作，打造全新的设备形象，为 OEM 企业的转型和产品升级提供高品质的实现方案。
In the era of personalized customization, a new design needs to break the limitations of "functional" appearance. The design team cooperated with Jiangxi Longnan Litekang Industrial Co., Ltd. to create a brand-new equipment image and provide high-quality implementation solutions for the transformation and product upgrade of OEM enterprises.

自动打磨抛光机是为产品提供自动打磨、清理水口配备的机械。能实现产品供应链的连续、高效、高品质的自动化生产，改善工人的劳动安全和工作环境，提升打磨行业的生产力。
Automatic grinding and polishing machine is a machine equipped with automatic grinding and cleaning nozzles for products. It can realize the continuous, efficient and high-quality automated production of the product supply chain, improve the labor safety and working environment of workers, and enhance the productivity of the polishing industry.

相比传统的机器人结构，新的设备采用机器人轴、工件自转轴、机器人直线轴的配合联动设计。能实现直线、圆弧、复杂曲线等路径加工，还能实现工件的自动交互，在加工面切换与移动效率上更高，大大提高了加工效率。
Compared with the traditional robot structure, the new equipment adopts the coordinated li-nkage design of robot axis, workpiece rotation axis and robot linear axis. It can realize the processing of straight lines, arcs, complex curves, etc., and also realize the automatic interaction of the workpieces, and the efficiency of processing surface switching and movement is higher, which greatly improves the processing efficiency.

外观设计以服务交互体验为核心，深入体验优化，打破设备“功能性”外观的局限。新设备遵循专业、大气的风格，采用模块化的设计理念简化繁琐的造型，通过严谨的比例设计规划各个功能区域，塑造视觉层次关系。
The appearance design takes the service interaction experience as the core, in-depth experience optimization, and breaks the limitations of the "functional" appearance of the equipment. The new equipment follows a professional and atmospheric style, adopts a modular design concept to simplify the tedious modeling, and plans each functional area through rigorous proportional design to shape the visual hierarchy.

倾斜的超大可视窗口，可以更加直观地观测机械的工作状态，同时方便工人的日常维护工作。全封闭的结构设计，将打磨作业的上料、打磨、吹气、排屑、下料等所有工序置于一个全封闭空间，净化工厂环境，有效减少职业病与人身安全等隐患的发生率。
The tilted large viewing window can more intuitively observe the working status of the machine and facilitate the daily maintenance of workers. The fully enclosed structure design puts all processes such as loading, grinding, air blowing, chip removal, and unloading in a fully enclosed space to purify the factory environment and effectively reduce the incidence of occupational diseases and personal safety.
