With the development of me-taverse, virtual reality has changed people’s lifestyles in all aspects. However, the current VR experiences often fall short of users’ expectations for realism, and any available VR accessories typically only have a single function, are difficult to switch, and are cumbersome to store. Unitstick is created to provide a light, handy, and versatile new option for VR experiences.
Unitstick comprises four major parts that can be transformed into at least eight basic modes. With the assistance of a Mixed Reality (MR) instruction manual, users can easily get started and rapidly assemble and transform it to fit various VR scenarios. Moreover, equipped with an inertial feedback device and an actual sense of grip, Unitstick delivers realistic physical feedback, significantly enhancing the realism of the VR experience.
In addition, Unitstick’s standardised mechanisms give it great expandability, enabling it to transform into a wide range of shapes and connect with various expansion accessories. It can also be integrated and stored in a lightweight and portable box for easy carrying and storing. Unitstick enriches existing VR experiences and opens up more possibilities for VR scenarios.
