Distributed Healthcare Vision

This speculative vision on the future of healthcare is an intentional provocation to the current mode of care delivery of our healthcare systems. It aims to engage with key industry stakeholders and spur new opportunities. The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed many long-standing short falls in healthcare across the globe and the need for a new approach to care is now obvious. In this vision, we highlight a distributed model of connected care touchpoints that extends care beyond the hospital. Here, patients receive care as a seamless journey of interoperable systems that exists in our homes, our communities and even in vehicles on the move.
