THE FACEThe most important part of the watch is it's face. Thanks to detailed maps of the moon available from NASA we were able to recreate the topography of the APOLLO11 Mission landing site and turn it into 3D terrain.The Sea of Tranquility - 0.67408˚N X 23.47297˚E / MARE TRANQUILLITATISThe unique 4-arms second hand marks the exact coordinates of the APOLLO11 landing.THE CROWNThe crown of the watch is modelled after the 3D scanned model of the Spacesuit used by APOLLO11 crew for their Moon-walking activities :)THE CASEBACKWe've used technical ceramic material to mod the white disc that is assembled together with the metal plate to form the caseback. Technical ceramic provides unique feeling and look to the part (as well as quite a lot of issues during production :). To celebrate the APOLLO11 mission we've embossed "APOLLO PROGRAM 1969" message there.THE COLOURSEach colour combination is inspired by space exploration and APOLLO11 Mission.

LUNAR MISSION REDInspired by the endless space void with NASA RED accents beaming through the darkness.

SPACESUIT SILVERInspired by the pure white APOLLO11 Spacesuit, featuring white nylon strap and NASA Red and Blue accents.

ALUMINIZED KAPTONInspired by the material used in the space blankets on the Moon Lander (the golden foil protectors). Kapton was developed to withstand hostile Space conditions and reflect 97% of Sun light.

THE DARK SIDEInspired by the unknown of the dark side of the Moon.

PACKAGINGThe packaging is a simple slide-out black box, with spot UV coating depicting the terrain drawing of the APOLLO11 landing site.

PHOTOSAbove photos were taken with my trustworthy SONY a6500 + SIGMA Art 18-35mm (+converter) and some impromptu studio setting :)VIDEOSAll done in 3DS Max, rendered out in VRay on RebusFarm and put together in Premiere and AfterEffects.
