 Zzzing茶憩  Inspired from tranquil and stable scenery. We apply mindfulness and combine it with the tea ceremony which got rich spiritual and cultural heritage. By using the soft color of ceramics and the natural purity of bamboo, we aims to provide a new way to relieve stress and improve one’s mental health.  靈感來自寧靜而穩定的景物。我們運用正念，将其與具有深厚精神文化底蘊的茶道相結合。以陶瓷柔和的色調、竹的自然純粹，提供一種釋放壓力健康生活的新方式。

 Background | how to deal with stress and emotions ?  For the past few years, more and more people are suffering from stress and emotions. It can cause insomnia and even worse mental diseases. The Burnout they cause has also been recognized as a disease by The WHO. Taiwan even ranks second in the Global Stress Ranking. Social events caused by diseases related to mood disorders have also spread frequently these years.   近來越來越多的人受到壓力與情緒的困擾，輕則失眠；重則引發精神疾病，其導致的職業倦怠也已被WHO承認為一種疾病。台灣在全球壓力排行中甚至位居第二。情緒障礙相關疾病所致的社會事件近年也頻頻發生。​​​​​​​

  Concept   Tea ceremony is the combination of art and spirit. It refers to achieve self-cultivation by calming our mind through the art of making tea and drinking tea.  Mindfulness was historically derived from religious, now develop into a mental exercise that, when combined with some daily activities, can help to manage thought patterns and reduce stress. In recent years, mindfulness has been widely used in psychology and has been proved significantly help with stress-related illnesses. It can be practiced by focusing on the present moment and feeling every sensation during the process.  The tea ceremony involves the five senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. It is just perfectly suited to the conditions of mindfulnesszzing combines the two. One person’s tea ceremony just happens to be a time to oneself so that one can pay attention to each feeling.      茶道，是茶藝與精神的結合，指透過泡茶飲茶的藝術以沈靜心靈達到修身養性。  正念，歷史上源於宗教的冥想，現發展為一種可結合日常活動的頭腦練習，對於管理思維模式、釋放壓力有所幫助。近年來被西方心理學應用，研究證明對壓力相關的疾病有著顯著幫助。練習時需專注當下，感受過程中的每一種感覺。  茶道正包含視覺、聽覺、嗅覺、味覺、觸覺五感的體驗，精神也與正念相契合，適合練習正念的要求因此茶憩將兩者結合。一個人的茶道剛好是一段專屬於自己的時間，可以留心每一種感受。

  We want Zzzing to be easy and relax for everyone to use so we found lots of images of tranquility and calmness as a reference, including water ripples, Japanese rock garden, Chinese round arch and so on. By making various kinds of prototypes, we synthesized visual effect and the feeling of using. Finally, here comes Zzzing with soft lines and colors using natural bamboo, matt ceramics and hand blown glass.    我們希望讓每个個人都能簡單輕鬆地使用茶憩，所以我們尋找了很多有平靜感、安定感的意象，包含水面波紋、枯山水、中式圓拱門等等，繪製並製作了多個模型，綜合視覺效果及使用握持時的感受。最終的茶憩使用了柔和的線條和顏色，材質則是選擇了天然的竹材、霧面的陶還有手工吹製的玻璃。

The Tea Pot   High temperature resistant bamboo combined with soft colored ceramic. The lid can be installed in a rotating way and water can be poured out from different directions. When pouring water, users can hold the bamboo part to prevent the heat.    耐高溫竹材與柔和色彩陶瓷相結合，壺蓋以旋轉方式安裝，水可由壺口不同方向倒出，倒水時握持竹材部分隔熱防燙。

The Tea Container and Tea Scoop   Tea container ware and Tea Scoop always used together, so we combine them and make the Tea Scoop a fixed position. The two ends of the Tea Scoop can be used respectively: dig out tea leaves when preparing and help to pour the tea leaves into the Covered Bowl. The shape of the tea container adopts the design of beveled mouth and fat bottom to gather the aroma of tea and make it easy to smell. The concave design on the higher side helps the tea to pour out.    茶倉與茶匙在使用時都會一起被用到，所以將它們結合，讓茶匙有固定位置擺放，茶匙兩端分別可用於：準備時挖出茶葉放入、倒茶葉時輔助從茶倉撥入蓋碗。茶倉的造型採用斜口及胖底收口的設計，聚集茶葉香氣，便於嗅聞，較高一邊的凹口設計幫助茶葉倒出。

The Covered Bowl   The bowl is made of double-layer glass, which can be isolated from heat when holding. The edge of the bowl is closed to a single layer, which make it easy to pour out the tea. The cover adopts Chinese round arch image and bamboo material to prevent heat.  碗身為雙層玻璃吹製而成，拿取時可隔絕熱度，碗邊收為單層，便於倒出茶水與拿取；蓋子採用中式圓拱門意象，採用竹材以防燙。

The Smart Tea Tray   Users can connect our smart tea tray to our APP while mindful tea drinking. Before and after mindfulness, the changes of users' mood can be detected and calculated through the camera. During the process, tea making steps are suggested and time is recorded. The speaker design on the edge of our tea tray can play white noise music with the scene our users chose. The heating position is slightly concave so the position of the tea pot is fixed. Our tea tray also provide three-stage heating temperature for different tea species for users to adjust.    使用者可將智慧茶盤連線app，配合正念飲茶使用，app中設置不同的放鬆情境可供選擇，正念前後可通過鏡頭偵測並運算出使用者的情緒變化，過程中提示泡茶步驟、紀錄時數。茶盤邊緣的音響設計，配合連接app選擇之情境播放白噪音音樂；加熱位置微微凹陷，固定水壺位置；針對不同茶種提供三段式加熱溫度，可供使用者調整。

Process   Blown glass, after melting glass by the high temperature of thousands of degrees, shape by blowing. The control of the fire, the accumulation of experience are bearing precious humanistic value.  3d ceramic printing, assisted by 3d printing technology, so that the modeling of clay has more possibilities.    吹製玻璃，藉由千度高溫讓玻璃融化後，吹氣塑形，其中火侯的拿捏、經驗的累積都承載了珍貴的人文價值。  3D陶瓷列印，藉由3d列印的科技輔助，讓陶土的造型有更多可能性。
