FOLD는 해충으로부터 당신의 몸을 보호할 수 있는 '접이식 전기 모기채' 입니다.FOLD는 간단한 보관과 휴대를 가능케 하며 차별성을 제시합니다.무더운 여름철, 어디에 머무르든 벌레에 대한 두려움을 끝낼 수 있습니다.FOLD is a 'foldable electric mosquito net' that can protect your body from pests.FOLD enables simple storage and carry-on, and offers differentiation.In the hot summer, wherever you stay, you can end your fear of bugs.

Background무더운 여름철, 우리는 해충들과의 고투에 시달린다. 흔히 사용하는 모기약은 강한 향과 인체에 유해한 분말로 인해 사용에 제약이 생긴다. 기성 모기채는 화학 물질에 대한 걱정은 없지만, 넓적하고 긴 형태로 인해 휴대 및 보관에 다소 불편하다. 폴드는 ‘혼캠’, ‘혼산족’ 등, 혼자 가볍게 캠핑을 즐기는 이들이 증가하는 가운데, 제약 없이 보다 쉽게 해충으로부터 스스로를 지킬 수 있기를 바라는 마음으로 디자인되었다.In the hot summer months, we struggle with pests. The common mosquito repellent is restricted to use due to strong scents and harmful powders to the human body. The ready-made electric mosquito net has no concerns about chemicals, but its wide and long form makes it somewhat uncomfortable to carry and store. "Fold" was designed with the hope that it would be easier to protect itself from pests without restrictions, with an increasing number of people enjoying camping alone, such as "Solo camp" and "Solo hiking"

  Shape & MaterialFOLD의 형태는 한국 전통 부채에서 영감을 받아, 넓은 면적을 효과적으로 줄여 휴대 및 수납에 용이하게 디자인 되었다. 소재는 아이패드 가죽 케이스에서 아이디어를 얻어 디자인했으며, 접이식 설계에 적합한 사용성을 제공한다.Inspired by traditional Korean fans, the form of FOLD was designed to effectively reduce the area to facilitate carrying and storage. The material was designed with the idea of an iPad leather case and provides a suitable usability for folding design.

Function제품 사용시, 양쪽 손잡이를 180도로 펼쳐 자석으로 고정하면 전류, 전원 버튼이 노출된다. 전류버튼을 누르고 있을 때에만 전기가 통하여 사용가능하며 안전을 위해 전류망에 무엇인가 닿아  스파크가 일어났을 때에는 0.5초의 텀을 두고 전류가 다시 흐른다.When using a product, unfolding both handles and securing them with magnets will expose current and power buttons. It is only available through electricity when the current button is pressed, and for safety purposes, when something touches the current network and sparks, the current flows again with a 0.5 second gap.

Catching각 32개의 전류망이 합쳐진 넓은 면적은 예상치 못한 경로로 날아다니는 해충들을 제거하기에 충분하다.The large area of each of the 32 electric nets combined is sufficient to remove pests flying in unexpected paths.

Lighting원형 회전 구조 중심부의 라이팅 버튼을 누르면 LED 플래시가 켜지고, 이로 인해 어두운 곳에서도 해충의 실루엣을 뚜렷하게 확인할 수 있다.Pressing the lighting button at the center of the circular rotation structure turns on the LED flash, which clearly identifies the silhouette of pests even in the dark.
