As a design specialist, Nomura has now experimented with creating its own workplace, Reset Space_2. It pursues the infinite potential of a workplace as versatile as a park. Nomura's "Unique Park" is the antithesis of remote work and digital communication. We live in the new normal, yet despite the diverse work style options, we dare to offer people a reason to come into the office and deliver value. It is a space where employees can demonstrate their creativity and enjoy their work as if playing in a park. We believe that spatial design doesn't define how we use it – our imagination does.
