Services at Scale Methodology
Global Service Excellence is a methodology that enables a portfolio of similar but disconnected services to scale. As corporations expand across markets, they launch pilots with minimum viable operations that, even with initial success, inevitably struggle to scale without significant investment. Standardization resolves this through economies of scale, resulting in better tools, optimized operations, and harmonized brand experience. However, the risk of standardization is to lose the local "magic" that created the initial success. The innovative methodology drove global consistency while preserving local relevance across sleep services.
