Giotto is an Air Purifier, it takes advantage of mechanical filtering in combination with UV-C light as a filter sterilizer, in order to purify a max CADR of 390 m3/h.Two warm yellow lights are pointed to a 3D texture on the front panels to provide a qualitative feedback related to the variable state of activity of the device that doesn't have a tangible UI and is capable of auto-control basing on the air quality levels.
Considering a medical-related enviroment such a waiting room as a project context, highlighted three main requirements:1 an high efficiency product (mechanical filtering is the most reliable technology on the market)2 a visible product (wall placement) that express his state of activity without warning the client with negative or incomprehensible infos on the air quality3 an absent UI on the product, in order to prevent unwanted modifies on the settings (also the auto control ensure that the product doesn't need a constant attention)
