Safe concept
Working with angle grinders can be very dangerous if they are operated improperly. The risk of injury is particularly high especially with conventional devices with an open rotating grinding wheel. With the PROTAGO angle grinder, the aspects of safety, effectiveness and comfort were the focus of a development process that placed a strong emphasis on user safety. The result is an impressive overall concept of well-thought-out, balanced and mutually supporting components. This cordless angle grinder showcases a clear structure paired with appealing product graphics. For more safety, it features an ergonomic auxiliary handle with integrated bu-ttons that is not only highly functional to use but also can be self-explanatorily adjusted to six different positions. The novelty here lies primarily in the fact that this angle grinder thus only allows operation with two hands, which is significantly safer and offers more control when working. Another aspect is that its safety hood can no longer be removed by the user, which is often the case with comparable devices. Instead, the safety hood is firmly integrated into the mould, which significantly reduces the risk of injury during use. The ergonomics and functionality of the PROTAGO angle grinder are complemented by a consistent design language that signals professionalism to the user.
