Song of Serenity
Residential interior

This project is a renovation of an aged single-story residence with an indoor area of approximately 270 square meters. Based on the fact that the original conditions does not meet the actual needs, the design team first started by reshaping the layout and flow, which includes changing the original four-bedroom layout into a more flexible 3+1 bedroom layout, adjust the orientation of the multiple doors, enlarge the area of use of the master bedroom and create a three-entry dining-kitchen. The design team also built in exclusive and sufficient storage mechanisms for different units to actively create an optimized life and user experience.
