The goal of photo lithography is to create circuit patterns on the wafer, and this process is both the beginning and the most important of semiconductor manufacturing. ba-sed on minimalist design philosophy, the Core Semiconductor Photo Lithography Equipment expresses a large and magnificent feeling. Design is incorporated into the semiconductor production by referencing Walter Gropius’ Bauhaus archive, and creating vertical lines as motifs to express moderation, purity and simplicity.
