“Pietro is a manual coffee grinder designed with ergonomics in mind. Its distinctive shape is characterized by clean lines that emphasize both the solid construction and high functionality. An example of this is the lever on the side, which can be retracted when not in use,” the jury said of the product. The housing is made of aluminium in combination with food-safe materials. Inside, there are two vertical flat burrs, each 58 mm in diameter, made of high-quality steel, whose grinding degree can be adjusted using a numbered ring. The non-slip base ensures that the mill stands securely during use.
