Lucid’s mission is to inspire the adoption of sustainable energy by creating captivating electric vehicles firmly grounded in the human experience. By designing the Lucid In-Vehicle Experience (LIVE), we sought to refine how drivers think about and interact with their vehicles, balancing the resolution of old pain points with the introduction of new features and empowering them to take control in unprecedented ways without distraction. The result is a novel but familiar, holistic, future-ready UX that is rich in meaningful interaction-but never overwhelming-that strikes a balance between 100 years of history and evolving driver expectations.

In modern life, a car is much more than a vehicle; it is an intimate space that is key to our well-being. Particularly since the start of the EV revolution, manufacturers are beginning to understand that the sensory experience of driving goes far beyond mechanics. Lucid is leading the way in converting that realization into inspiring car interiors.
