Fire Fang Vodka has a strong flavour that reflects the character of the person who enjoys drinking it. The designer used three motifs — a tiger, a wolf and a leopard — to represent the three characteristics of vodka: fierce, brave and agile.
The concept of hand shadows is used in the bottle’s branding. Hand shadow puppetry is a popular childhood game in China that evokes strong feelings of nostalgia in many consumers. The goal is to close the emotional distance between consumers and the product to give them a positive first impression of the FIRE FANG brand.
A light is all that is required to project images of the various animals on the wall. The three animal figures on the bottle’s back are intended to visually associate with the gesture changes on the front. This creates visual interest in the packaging, allowing it to stand out on retail shelves and appeal to consumers visually.
